Glee is about to become a part of the Archie in the Gang in the Comic Book World of Archie. Can you totally seen Rachel, Finn, Kurt, Blaine, Tina, Mercedes, Artie, Quinn, Puck , Santana, Brittany , Mr Schue and all the rest of the gang of Glee as comic characters? It is about to happen!
The "Glee" cast is getting ready to hang with the Archie gang. Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products and Archie Comics have paired up to launch a four-part crossover comicbook series next year, penned by "Glee" producer and scribe Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. "The 'Glee' collaboration with Archie opens up new avenues to explore with these characters," said Jeffrey Godsick, president of Fox Consumer Products. "Roberto's involvement coming directly from the show ensures for the loyal 'Glee' fans that the storylines will be authentic but with a new twist." In the books, the members of the Archie gang, including Archie, Betty and Jughead, find themselves face to face with the "Glee" characters and break out into song when Dilton discovers a parallel universe that's strikingly similar to Riverdale. "Everyone at Archie is a huge 'Glee' fan, and I'm a huge fan of Roberto's work," said Archie co-CEO Jon Goldwater. "This just spun out of a conversation we were having and it seemed like such a natural, that we had to pursue it." "Archie Meets Glee," to be illustrated by artist Dan Parent, will be published for print and digital platforms. "I've been wanting to write something for Archie Comics forever and my favorite Archie stories have always been those weird crossovers like 'Archie meets the Punisher,' and 'Archie meets KISS,'" said Aguirre-Sacasa, whose credits also include the Broadway musical "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark." "I thought, Archie meets 'Glee' would be a great crossover since they're both set in high schools, they're both optimistic, they both involve singing... My boss Ryan (Murphy) loved the idea and that started the process."
We can totally see Quinn(Dianna Agron) hanging with Veronica, Brittany (Heather Morris) with Betty, Puck (Mark Salling ) with Jughead, Blaine(Darren Criss) with Reggie and Finn(Cory Monteith) with Archie.
